I've had the privilege of hearing this performed live at least two or three times over the last year. Even without the lyrics in front of me, it felt painfully relatable and potent. A lovely collection of songs. Once again Alethea Leventhal has crafted some beautifully ethereal and atmospheric tracks. Lost Times has a fascinating disjointed cadence that fits perfectly with the feelings of uncertainty evoked by the lyrics. Modern Love gave me some very intriguing food for though, calling to mind childhood innocence and coming to terms with the existence of death, of all things. Jaguardini's two tracks are also very emotive and interesting.
